I think you can use the same biocide as you use in straight diesel. Not sure about a dispersant, as I believe biodiesel tends to pick up water without any help. Filter normal filter should be fine, unless your suspicious of the fuel quality. Sometimes you may get some initial filter plugging because the biodiesel is a good solvent and may cause some crud in the system to suddenly disolve and head for the filter. When using B11 this should not be much of an issue.
