I'll bet that the Cat gets better traction because it out weighs the 8420 and 9350 by 3,000-5,000 pounds. We tried a Quadtrack and it got great traction but it weighs over 53,000 pounds compared to about 42,000 pounds for the same tractor on tires and a recommended weight package.
