Coldwater, Michigan
Some of the potential issues are that it doesn't like to be mixed in cold weather. It also doesn't like to be mixed overnight. Best way to use it is to cut it 1 to 1 with water, then mix with your 28%. I would be inclined to use 10 gallons of 28% to 2 gallons of the water mix. Mix it where you can get plenty of agitation. Don't leave it in your tanks overnight. Mix only what you will use. If you must mix in cold weather, you must mix with water unless you want issues. Then use a mixing "Tee" when going into your storage tank/Nurse tank. Introduce the K-Thio into the nitrogen as the nitrogen passes that "Tee". That way you will get some pre-mixing as the product goes into the tank. Don't be afraid of circulating it w/in the tank to be sure it is well mixed.

We have been seeing 8-9 BPA gains on a regular basis. It also can improve the health of the corn. Had a Pioneer number years ago that had bad leaf disease, except where we included 2 gallons of the K-Thio Sulfate per acre. Corn was very dark green and healthy. The yield check was no contest because the rest of the corn had died early.
