Ted is in fact exactly right...the original post asked for a fraction, and it is exactly 9/25ths, just the way Ted figured it. (However, 23/64ths is the closest thing that one will find on a common ruler.) A caliper or micrometer reading hundredths/thousandths would have a 36/100ths reading, or .36", like Don said.
