Over ordering seed isn't good for anyone except you. By the time you return it, it's usually too late to get it to someone who needed it and costs the seed company quite a bit extra-although most people don't care about that. By this I mean over ordering by many bags. If you're just over ordering a few bags so you won't run out, that's not a big problem.
