There is a sequence that should be followed. I think the brake is adjusted first, then the clutch free travel. Correct me if I am wrong on this. A good truck parts house should have a guage that is used to measure those adjustments. But, the 3/8" bolt head will work. Holding the gauge, the wrench, and both hands in that small dark hole is difficult
