Subject: 59 F600 hyd brake trouble

NW Oklahoma
I have a 59 Ford F600 truck I am having brake issues with, and would appreciate some input. Brake pedal is extremely solid and gives very little with little or no breaking when pushed. Have replaced the master cylinder and the brake booster with remanufactured parts. In addition to the 2 short rubber hoses going to wheel cylinders on the front axle and the 1 on the back axle. I don't know what else to do.

Is it possible the reman brake booster is defective?
Is there a way to check one?
What other possibilities could cause these symptoms?

Need to get the old girl back into service any and all help be appreciated thanks.
