50 gallons of 28% 3 inches from the seed seems a little hot for me. I personally wouldn't run more than 10 or 12 gallons of 28% than close to seed. If you are dead set on running that much at planting you may want to opt for nitrogen tubes from the same place that makes totally tubular. They dribble it on the surface behind the closing wheels, and I would split it to run half on each side 3 inches from furrow.
