God's Country (N.C. Ia) | I believe it's Bob Streit you speak of. Been farming the place where he grew up for quite a few years now. Started out renting from his dad, then my cousin bought the place when he sold it a few years back. Knowing his dad for years it comes as no surprise that his son Bob would have such info. Not to discredit them in any way, but they always had an ear for conspiracies. Heard his dad tell many stories like this one. Probably one of the most honest men I have ever known. I guess some of it rubbed off on the next generation! | |
