Something I know. Scince my wife an I raise a fair amount of fruit for a sideline to our farming enterprise and the fact that I own and use a Refractometer, Let me start with brix. According to your test results the GMO corn test's 1 and the non gmo test's 20. For a reference I am going to use peach's. A good tasting peach will score a 12 to 14 . A great tasting peach would test 15 to 16. An insanely sweet peach that's overipe and would bleed juice at a soft squeeze might test 18. I personally have never tested one that went 20. So you are telling us that Non GMO corn tested in Iowa during 2012 was a 20? I will be looking for it in my grocers fruit section come summertime! LOL Sorry I fogot to say that a refractometer tests sugar content and that score is called brix.
