Wi | bullranch - 3/6/2013 21:09 I've driven several peterbilts , a 600 kw, couple macks, a few volvos a bunch of FM and IH trucks. Currently have a IH an flc 120. I love my IH 9200. Great ride, nice cab with lots of leg room (I'm 6'6"). Mine is ISM also on hills would be nice to have more ponies but ponies like to eat. Nothing wrong with kw or Pete or the others but just like the IH trucks. Also never liked the 8 bag air ride the kw has definitely prefer 4 bag seem tougher. They all make good trucks or they would be out of business. Good luck
KW offers the Pete Air ride. Its the AG380. The AG400 4 bag is a nice system but heavy. The AG200 was a bad setup. The Ag100 wasn't bad though. We have AG100 on the one truck and Ag380 on the other, the one with the 380 is much newer and a sleeper truck so its hard to compare the ride differences. They are pretty close though. The Main thing is that the Ag380 is lighter. But for heavier work you need the Ag400 or AG460. You can always spec a hendrickson air ride as well. |
