Should be able to rent nursery's this year. Pigs are hard to find, even harder to pencil out, and I'm hearing about some pretty decent barns sitting empty.
But it's all good, demand will just come back overnight... **
Build the shop. Those boys will start needing someplace warm to burn off winter energy.
