southern MN		The way he feeds his beans in his climate, they would grow shoulder high and fall over.

So he applies above label Cobra at the right time to stunt them so they continue to branch but not grow taller.

As well his fertility program would not meet an enforced govt best practices plan.

I'm sure there is other.
