Like others said it might not be too bad for you depending on what you start with. My barn needs a roof and the side walls are only ~8' and then the roof starts to slope in so it would be pretty narrow at ceiling height. If it was a bit bigger/taller and the roof was already done I would probably convert it to storage at least.
