Like Ed, it was the most I've read in a farm magazine in some time.  I also thought the video Ed linked to was excellent and think it sums up my experience in the last 5 years as well.  I've had a lot of Ah-ha moments in the last 6 years and the more of them I have the more I realize how much more there is to learn.   To paraphrase the former defense secretary Donald Rumsfield : There are things you know you know,  There are things you know you don't know, but then there are things you think you know but really dont know, and things you don't know that you don't know.  :>)
