NC Iowa
Well to start, I'm an agronomist, accountant, capital assets manager, heavy equipment operator, human resources director, procurement manager, secretary, treasurer, plant pathologist, research associate, mechanic, CEO, COO, CFO, truck driver, and many others I can't think of right now.

Or my Grandpa used to say he was a Food production engineer, which actually is a pretty fitting job title.

I have lived in a couple yuppie cities, it's always funny when I say I'm a farmer. Half of them instantly relate as they have brothers, sisters, cousins, who farm, or they grew up on a farm. The other half I just get a blank stare, they have no idea what to say or ask. When the first thing they ask is about GMO's, I know it's going to be an interesting conversation.
