Pilot Grove, Missouri | Worked as an auto mechanic for about 25 years. The industry thought we should be called auto technicians. Myself I thought mechanic was a better title/descripttion. Technician sounds like someone who only works on technical problem. Mechanic is someone who has to be equipped to diagnose/repait=r whatever may be wrong with a vehicle.
