To answer that--pretty easy(and cheap) to raise 60-70bu dryland wheat,90-110bu dryland milo here. Much tougher to grow 120bu dryland corn or 40bu dryland beans, plus more inputs. For me wheat "usually" pencils out better. Also a much better chance for 80+ wheat year here than that 120+ corn year. Don't raise dryland corn,but if I had to guess the 10yr. avg. here I'd say around 90. Just a guess.
