Subject: Re: About Kip Cullers soybean record

NW Iowa
I heard him speak in Johnston a few years back. He was very unwilling to disclose very many details at all about what he did agronomically or financially. Pretty disappointing in that respect. I think everyone would like to know.

On the other hand, last week I listened to David Hula from Virginia speak on growing 392bu/ac corn and he was quite detailed about what he applied, how, and when. He also disclosed rough figures on what it cost him and what he grossed per acre. In a nutshell, he made roughly 20 passes across the field for one of many reasons, spent roughly $1500/ac before land cost, and grossed roughly $2400/ac.
