yup been there a couple of times.in fact just so happened there was a farm land auction mile away from where we live, a month ago (not where our main farming operation is though),and we were awfully interested in it,but at the proverbial eleventh hour we decided against bidding on it.  well it was a no sale.  but down the road from our main operation a elderly gentleman,just died 2 weeks ago,and he has 240 acres,that it sounds like some of it will probably be sold,glad i didn't buy the first farm.
