Yes, it is humic acids....as it clearly states on the label. Humus is organic matter that has been broken down completely, exactly like the leonardite shale that these humic acids in hydra Hume come from. Humic acids have to come from somewhere, in this case it is "leonardite" shale, which is the same thing as humus. So yeah, it actually does have something to do with humus.
