someone that has never grown anything but old style wheat, beans, and alfalfa that is a Seed producer runs a real chance of getting cross contaminated.

Just keep in mind, law suits work BOTH ways.

Those big cos that supposedly "have more money than god," could lose a bunch of it with a push come to shove on the afore.

I doubt a Midwest jury would find guilt or award on the afore ( folks there are pretty well trained thus subservient to trickle down ).

OTHER areas are different though.

It's just a matter of time.
