Thud - 3/3/2013 15:24 Farmrn doesn't say where he's from so its debatable as to whether he's giving up yield by going to wider rows . I will agree that the farther north you go the more benefit from narrower rows.


The current studies (see Kitchen sink link) show increased yeilds on narrow rows as compared to 30's or wider, even in the south . . .
I find the study interesting and worthy - but, many variables to consider for a person own use/location.
