Ed. Do you have trouble with your wire rusting on the spool?
We have been spraying mine down with silicone spray or penetrating oil of some kind when not in use. Seems to work well.
Have a Miller deltaweld 450 that I run off a converter. Limiting factor is the .35 wire more than the amperage.
At first I thought it was too big. Now I wouldnt be without it.
