Got to agree with clint.  Our family lawyer has been an invaluable resource for us for many years.  If there is a legal problem that he feels is outside his area of expertise he will refer us to someone else.  Having a good lawyer is just like selecting an equipment dealer to buy from.  Some are good and some are not.  Same for CPA's/tax specialist.  A good lawyer and tax person is an investment, not an expense.
