OtIf the deal is as written you are the new owner and the lease is void unless signed by the party selling property. However,notification of tenant termination should have been done or tenant may have the right to farm in 2013. If document not signed it is not valid.marginal legal advice but that's the way I see it consult legal counsel and by the way the agent is not doing the job.
