Winter rye might be your best bet. You might be too late for radishes, depends on your frost date. Two bu will get good cover and provide some mid winter grazing. Remember though four hooves on wet ground can cause some compaction. Aerial seeding about the time leaves start turning works well, leaves cover rye and stand is pretty good,just increase the aerial rate to 2 plus.
