had a friend rent a farm that was coming out of 10 year....he cleaned it up , lots of time and probly abusing his loader and plow getting out the tree stumps....after he got it looking great , another guy offered the farmer more rent ,in which he didnt turn down.....hope this guy has a long term agreement..
