I have not found a source that I like yet. I priced Gypsoil at $40+/ton to get it hauled here. I would still have to spread it. Ed winkle mentioned I should be mixing have & half...High cal lime & gypsum to get the best of both worlds (his "power-lime").

I just have not found any gypsums I like yet that are close. I have seen some heavy metals in the cheaper stuff.....and I have seen what heavy metals can do to soils from my scouting days. You cannot get rid of it once you have it.

But, to answer you question.....yes I am looking into it. The high AMS $/ton ($500+/ton now) is making the sulfur in gypsum look cheaper.
