| This is a farm that needed some dozer work with waterways and such...last tenant did a poor job of compliance and out of state non-farming owners wanted everything fixed.
Guy that got it promised the world this spring....I told them I'd get it all done as long as mother nature didn't throw a curve ball. I also told them it wouldl be an ongoing thing to keep things in shape. The other guy told them everything would be done this spring guaranteed. I guess I felt I was being honest...no way I can guarantee everything be perfect in the first spring. Maybe I should have lied.
I can't be sure this was what swung it...but I can beat myself up a little. | |
