Subject: Re: 300 bushel corn

Martinsville, Ohio
I called him Dale again instead of Dean.

The loss of yield due to a different source of mushroom compost just reversed those numbers and was data beyond what is in the article. I will have to dig out my notes.

It seems I took those notes on another sheet of paper not in my notebook. I will say what Dr. Jerry Hatfield and Odette Menard showed supported Dean's theories and results, soil biology, soil biota, a missing link of healthy soil and high yielding crops.

We talk about soil physics and chemistry with drainage and fertilizer but we only speak of soil biology in cover crops. It is difficult to quantify results or lack thereof.
