Laws are not the same everywhere but if you don't charge for hunting privledges I believe you are somewhat insulated from any lawsuits the may arise in the case of an accident. This could include shooting up a house, dog, another person, etc.. If you do decide to lease your land have a laywer draw up a contract/agreement that will protect you if any of these things were to happen. Juries are funny things when it come to assessing blame and damages.
