Morriston,Fl.
I think I can top everyone on here! Before my career in farming I owned an logging operation that I eventually went broke with. If you watched the show swamploggers well then ya know what type of logging we did. I once had a drive shaft come out of a cat 518yo skidder and spider web the cast transmission housing. We drained all the fluids rolled tractor upside down so a welder could attempt to patch us up. Well it kept spreading further when heat got applied. All jb weld was bought in 3the surrounding counties mix spread let sit over night, roll back over next morning poor all saved fluids back in and went to work.
Track fellerbuncher sunk in the swamp engine under water. 90 ton crane called in for help, build mats to sunk machine,2 guys with scuba gear finally get us hooked up,crane operator pulls in tight says hes applying like 60 tons a pull. Sits over night come back next morning, has raised up 4". Several days later and one excited insurance company retrieval was made. I am now 37 on blood pressure medicine and doctors say my joints are those of a 50/60 yr old man. Started farming in'08 and lifes alot easier.
