Centralia, MO
I haven't done it myself but a mechanic at a body shop told me the procedure to change the injectors on my 08 Duramax was to pull the cab off.

One year late in the harvest season, the divider tin on the end of my cornhead tried to fall off due to a broken or loose bolt and I didn't have anything with me to fix it. I ended up holding it in place with a set of vice grips and continued running and forgot about it. Three years later when I was going to sell that head the vice grips were still there. On that same head I also used copious amounts of duct tape to hold down the latches that secured the center tin pieces.
