They explained it in one of the motorbike magazines I used to subscribe to, but I am almost certain that a 3 cylinder engine is better balanced than a 4 cylinder, JD used and still probably do use balancers on their Saran 4 cylinder engines. Not that this has anything to do with Yanmar engines :-) |
