Next time you see him, ask if he has a brother near Rochester.
The Rochester market is and has for years been higher than Buffalo market.
Right now, the best price I can find is 2.349 via an outfit on the web called www.priceenergy.com Dealers here don't even want to talk on 1000 gallons of #2 oil, check handed to the driver as he leaves.
