Pleasant garden nc | Never dealt with kraftsman but tried to deal with Kaufman on a 12 ton backhoe special. Went down there with cash in hand trying to buy one on the lot and the sales man wouldn't get off the phone. After half hour of waiting I left. Luckily it's only 30 minutes away. I had them add some ramps to a gooseneck I had and were very easy to deal with but that was 4 years ago. | |
