I've dealt with Kaufman and had good luck with their trailers. Great to deal with. I've had the exact opposite experience with Kraftsman. Matter of fact it was hard to even get them to call me back getting a quote. FWIW I think Kaufman is a slightly better made trailer and with the better service my money went to them
