| No experience with high-tensile. You might get lucky with cheaper brands of barb wire. Might not. Red Brand is always a sure thing, and usually doesn't cost much more.
Red Brand is usually worth it just for the better spool it comes on. I hate it when cheap barb wire spools disintegrate halfway through the unrolling process.
IMO, if a good 4 wire fence won't keep a cow in, she should go down the road. | |
