southeastern ohio | I'm not farmilar with that brand, but any oil fired ignition system, is going to put out aleast 6000 volts, with most modern systems at 10 to 12000 volts. I f you check voltage at the ignitor with a multi meter, you now need a new meter. There are meters to check them, but not to many people have them. To check an ignition transformer, take a good insulated screwdriver and touch output term of trans to case ground and slowly pull oneside away to see an arc. you should be able to get atleast 3/4 to 1" of arc to ground.
