No Mans Land , Cimarron co. OK. | It makes good hay if it is put up right, I put up several 1000 ton each year. I try to start swathing when it is about 10% headed, most here is beardless so I will let it go just a little longer, been doing this for a good many years and never have a problem with cattle eating it . Lots of circles here are green chopped too.Had some of last years circles produce 1000 4x4x8 bales each so water the thunder out of it and give it some N and it will produce tonnage . |
