That would be my first question.
My next comment would be that the 1988 drought didn't fit the 18 1/2 yr. drought cycle. 1917, 1936, 1954, 1973 and 1992 are consided years of the 18 1/2 yr. lunar cycle which is based on the moon's orbit in relationship to the earth. 2010 would fit the cycle.
