East Central Ia | We sat down with our Morton salesman... Very nice and knowledgable guy!
We need to sit down and make sure we are comparing apples to apples now.
But all in all... I can't many specs that are very different. We have a bid from EPS, Lester, and Morton so far. Morton is way higher then the other two. Neighbors are in the process of building a very similar size EPS and its stout!
Going to go look at a few Lester buildings and a few Morton's next week. | |
