We expected Morton to be higher... But not $50k higher!

Also the warranties seem to be pretty similar. They all put a lot of talk into their post warranty but we are building on a concrete wall so that's a non factor.


wow, 50k! how big a building is it? even if they were 20% higher, that would be a 250k building. i do think morton is high on finishing the interior. attached office and wrap around porch can add up too. real saving there by shopping for material and having someone local do it.

some companies cut the material so close that you have to break apart the shipping palates to use that lumber for the girts. you are usually ready for the girts first.
