have you considered hiring a general Contractor to help you and doing it yourself? thats what we did. saves A LOT of $
also need to make sure you have a firm bid on ALL material for the complete building. that there is builders insurance on structure. liability insurance, and workmans comp on everyone that set foot on your property. i would also get a lien waver from all suppliers or you may not save as much as you planned. |
