lascassas, tn | Lower interest rates won't help a lack of integrity. Obviously, the rating companies are corrupt! I work around the new housing market. For years, I've seen people move in with nothing down. If anything happened, they would not be able to make the payments. The lending officers had nothing to loose and everything to gain by getting as many people into houses as possible using these subprime loans. Wall street is just catching on to what we out here in the real world have known for a while!!! Looks like when they threw integrity (GOD) out of business society begins to fail. | |
