| Think about this. A 3.5% fed rate minus 4.1 inflation= a real cost of money of minus .006%..throw in some quick tax cuts & send everyone a check & then sometime in 2010, agricultural producers may well want to build a safe room somewhere on the property as a plan B when those possible hordes of threatening urbanites occasionally pass by your property. Am thinking a Safe Room Franchise might be better than the car wash deal.
