| i've had a 3010 diesel since 1977. its around 60-65 hp, similar to my 656s. for 12 years, it loaded silage as well as did feeding and field work. now mostly handles bales and yard work. it has been very reliable, very nimble to maneuver, good engine, decent transmission. biggest problem is too many places to spring hydraulic leaks. over time, a lot of the metal lines have been replaced by hoses. don't spike the brakes in a panic stop, because you could pop the pin loose that holds the brake disc from turning... falls into transmission... takes teeth off gears... big $$$. learned that from my 4010. | |
