Well, he's got the photos.  It shouldn't be that hard of a sales to pitch to rent it out from under the guy with that in hand.  What's the over/under on how long until the landlord gets to see 'em?.. 

I'm creeped out over how much every aspect of my life is monitored already.  If I thought neighbors were engaging in this practice I think I would get serious about some rapid expansion plans of my own. 

But, that said, the photos are interesting like looking at a car wreck.
