Kirk,
They moved the wheel back about 6 inches.  This places it above the side tensioners and makes it run smoother (it is farther from the plunger).  You can modify the 575 by lengthening the arm and rebolting the wheel farther back on the chamber.  I'll post a couple of pictures that I found on Fastline.  The first one is the 575 with no modification.  The second is of the 5070:
